Refund Policy

Adele Rose Vintage does not accommodate returns, refunds or exchanges.

Due to the nature of vintage and pre-loved clothing, items may display subtle signs of wear consistent with their age. Any notable flaws will be detailed in the product description, as well as displayed in a photo when possible. Please ensure you've read the product description thoroughly before purchasing so there are no unexpected surprises once your item is received.

We understand the difficulties that come with online shopping, especially when it comes to fit. Each and every item we sell is meticulously measured to assist you in finding your perfect fit. Vintage purchases can be life-long investments when cared for properly—if an item does not fit perfectly or you desire to hem the length, reshape a side seam, replace buttons—we encourage you to invest in the customization that will make that item perfect for you. We believe small investments now in the personalization and care of our clothing pays dividends when a treasured piece becomes a part of your life story for decades to come.

Please contact us anytime at hello@adelerosevintage.com or DM us on instagram @adelerosevintage with any questions, comments, concerns about specific items or our policies in general. Our utmost priority is continuing to fill your lives and your closets with beautiful, high-quality, treasured vintage garments that not only adorn but truly enhance your lives.
